**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development cum Relationship Manager to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for driving business growth while building and maintaining strong relationships with our patients and partners. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand our client base.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential patients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
– Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance service offerings and patient experience.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential partnerships.
– Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and potential clients.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
– Organize health awareness programs and community outreach initiatives to promote our services.
– Assist in resolving patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
– Previous experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
– Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite) and CRM software.
– A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Salary:
Competitive salary based on experience, along with performance-based incentives. Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 25,000 depending on qualifications and previous work experience.

What do we do?
Our Health Plans make healthcare more affordable by offering highly discounted medical services along with Family Physician health card to our customers. Treatment for day-to-day medical issues by primary care physician (MBBS Doctors). Our plans offer more benefits than a traditional treatment plan while being 20-40% cheaper, making it a HIT amongst our customers.
What will you be doing?
We are hiring Executives to be a part of our Field Sales team which sells our Health Plans. If you join, you will go through 5 days of classroom and one week of on-job training to help you understand our product. After your training is complete, you will have an assigned territory and a monthly target for sales. This job is on the company payroll
What will you earn?
A fixed salary (₹15,000 to ₹25,000)
Incentives and performance bonus every month.

What qualifications should you have?
At least 1 years of field sales experience.
